Delivery within Australia takes between 2-5 days.

Changed your mind

If it is a matter of changing your mind, then we are happy to exchange the item for you. We just need you to pay postage costs and send the original item(s) back to us in perfect and unopened condition (make sure it is packed well when you send it so it doesn’t get damaged in transit).

FIRST email us at returns@homepeel.com.au and explain your situation. Please do this within 14 days of receiving the item.

Defective Item

If you have received an item that you believe to be in any way not perfect, please email us at returns@homepeel.com.au along with a photo of the product in question and we will provide you with a credit. Please do this within 14 days of receiving the item.
