So today I want to talk about serums. I got an email yesterday from a customer who was saying that they were using our pigmentation serum, but their skin was really dry and they were really confused because I thought it was going to be amazingly hydrated. And I was like, wow, okay, well let me tell you about serums because serums are not moisturizers. So let me talk about the different between the two. I like to think of serums as correctors. So they're all designed to correct certain conditions. And I think that the pigmentation serum is probably a fantastic example for that because of course it's designed to lighten pigmentation. And this one of course is amazing because not only does it lighten pigmentation and this serum by the way, it absolutely works. It's amazing. We literally cannot keep up with supply of this particular product. But it lightens pigmentation, but it also has melanin inhibitors in it. So what that means is melanin is the darkness that comes to the surface of the skin that creates that pigmentation. So it has melanin inhibitors in it, which stops new pigmentation from being formed. So not only is it working in the now moment correcting the pigmentation that you have today, but it's stopping future pigmentation from being formed.
If you have a look at the ingredients on our website, you will see that this product in particular is full of clean, active, amazing ingredients. Nothing that's a chemical. No nasties, completely no junk toxic ingredients, which is super duper important because those ingredients age your skin. They can create sensitive skin. They are aggressive, absolutely aggressive. So you really need to make sure that if you're using a product like this, which is not only a corrector but a preventer, you want to make sure that you're not putting chemicals on your skin every day. I suppose the one main thing that I want to always share with anyone who will listen, the best advice I can give to anybody is please have a look at the ingredients list on anything that you're putting on your skin because the junk toxins age your skin. And it could be one of the reasons you might not need another skincare product to deal with whatever still you're not happy about on your skin. It might be something that you need to take away. You may need less ingredients rather than more.
Okay, so I'm just going to go, I went on a little bit of a digression now. So I'm just going to comeback to the pigmentation serum. So basically what this means is that when you put your, they're not hydrating, I supposeessentially is what I'm trying to say. So use your serums, use your correctors in a layer technique in the morning. And then when you're finished, you need to finish it off with a moisturizer, something that's going to hydrate the skin. Of course, Homepeel has the moisturizing peptide cream here, which is full of rice peptides. It has Co-Enzyme Q10. This is so moisturizing, it makes the skin feel like velvet. It's amazing. So this is one option, and then of course, the second option is the where do I have it? Do I have it here? Yes, I do.
Homepeel's Miracle Lactic Acid Cream because this is actually the mostmoisturizing moisturizer you'll ever, ever use. It's very active though, so not everybody can use we actually sell this as a night cream, so most people who are in the Homepeel tribe are already using this product in the nighttime, so you wouldn't want to go ahead and use it in the daytime too, because it would probably be too active. I do have a lot of clients who do use it morning and night and their skin thrives on it, but many can't because it is a little bit too active. So for those who can't use this in the morning and the night, we have the moisturizing peptide cream instead. So layer your serums and then put a moisturizer on topis basically what I'm trying to say in this video. So hopefully that was really helpful. Thank you for joining me and I love to hear any comments or any questions. If you've have any questions, email them out to skincarecoach@homepeel.com.au. Have a great day.
