Do you know the difference between Botox and skincare if you don't stick around, because I'm going to explain it.

Hi, I'm Jodie Baker. I'm the owner of Homepeel. We are Australia's favourite cosmeceutical grade natural skincare brand. And the reason why I'm doing this video is because I do lots of videos and I often get some may call trolls, but I get a lot of comments of people sort of watching my videos and getting really annoyed at me for having Botox, which, by the way, I don't actually have a lot of the time. But I do get it. So I'm not saying no, I don't get it. Like, I don't have Botox at the moment, on the occasion, I get it. But anyway, that's not the point. The point is that I feel like some people don't realise that just because you get Botox doesn't mean that you don't need skincare. They do very different things. So Botox relaxes the muscles, so it'll stop your face from doing this, for example, and it might lift it a little bit. So if I had Botox right now, it'd be like this and then I'd be talking and nothing would really happen.

And skincare does something very different. It works on the tone and texture of your skin. For example, our cosmeceutical grade range has amazing, powerful ingredients like niacinamide, vitamin C, lactic acid. They're all cosmeceutical grade, so it means that they're all at the high percentages that they need to be in order to work. And cosmeceutical grade means that they're scientifically proven to work. But ours is natural, so it doesn't have the ageing toxins and alcohols on it. Why would we be putting ageing things on our skin every day when we're trying to improve it? That's my question to you. So, in essence, you should really you can have both. Just because you have Botox doesn't mean you don't need skincare. And just because you're into skincare and you love it doesn't mean you're not allowed to have Botox. And just because you own a skincare brand and you want to share it with everybody doesn't mean you're not allowed to have Botox. Right. Anyway, I just thought I would explain that and that's it. I'll see you later. Bye.
